Sheriff Zeke Owens is the stern sheriff of the Kepler police department and Calvin Owens' father. He has had multiple run-ins with the Pine Guard, holding a grudge against Ned in particular, and his fully justified suspicion that there is more to the small town they live in than meets the eye constantly puts them at conflict with him.
