Boyd Mosche was a burglar, and Ned Chicane's former partner in crime. While Ned refused to hurt people during his burglary, Boyd was far less caring, more interested in money than the safety of his victims.

Boyd is described as a tall, athletic, hard-looking guy with a chiseled jaw, like Michael Phelps.

In the Lunar Interlude following the hunt of The Calamity, he robs the Cryptonomica and attempts to get Ned to steal a wooden sculpture, the Shade Tree, from Madeline Cobb, otherwise known as Mama.
Early Life[]
Boyd was first introduced in Episode 16, where he and Ned choose to rob the same house, both using the disguise of a pest exterminator. Escaping the house and authorities, they decided to team up to steal from the rich and famous.
Boyd and Ned eventually decided to rob the mansion belonging to the family of Aubrey Little, going after the Flamebright Pendant, along with any other valuables in the house. In the process of being caught by and subsequently knocking out Aubrey and her father, the building catches fire. Boyd quickly hauls the loot into their getaway vehicle and waits impatiently for Ned, who decided to save Aubrey and her father from an unfortunate fate.
In their getaway, a series of events leads to them crashing into a tree. Ned escapes, leaving Boyd trapped until he was apprehended by police and sent to jail.
Personality[]
Boyd is a cold, callous individual willing to sacrifice anything for monetary gain, shown by his disregard for Aubrey and her father when escaping the burning building. He is fairly calm and rational on the surface, but is very manipulative and observant.

Ned Chicane[]
Ned is Boyd's former partner-in-crime, a capable duo who broke into countless places. After his arrest, Boyd harbours a grudge against Ned for being abandoned by him, but this doesn't stop him from still conducting "business" with him after escaping prison. He tended to strong-arm Ned into performing more dangerous burglaries that involve bigger payouts, brushing off his concerns about other people getting hurt.
Death[]
Boyd is killed by the Shapeshifting Abomination by strangulation after he escapes jail to find Ned. The abomination wishes to steal Mama's sculpture called Shade Tree to make it easier for the human and Sylvan world fight.
